Hardwood and Tile Floors:

Vertical-grained bamboo flows through each suite from the entrance to the bedrooms. Porcelain tile has been used in the bathrooms on both the floors and tub/shower surrounds. The tile in the surrounds feature an eye-catching pattern and are complimented by brushed steel edging.

Granite Countertops:

Both the kitchen and bathrooms have granite countertops with complimentary color and grain to the color scheme. The edge profile is bold and functional. There are under mount sinks in the kitchen and ensuite as well as a glass vessel sink with matching faucet in the main bath. The kitchen sink comes equipped with a pull-out faucet that matches the stainless steel appliances.

Solid Wood Cabinets:

The kitchen and bathrooms have solid wood cabinets which have been stained to their warm color. Quality handles and hardware accompany the cabinets. To maximize the storage space, large pantry cabinets are included as well as those above the fridge.

Stainless Steel Finish Appliances:

Standard in all units are four stainless steel finish appliances. A large fridge, flat-top stove, dishwasher and microwave/hood fan all compliment the kitchen. An extra touch has been added in the matching electrical plugs and switches in the kitchen.

In-Suite Washer & Dryer:

Enclosed behind a bi-fold door is the stackable washer & dryer which minimizes space while keeping the work area practical.

Floor to Ceiling Windows:

This architectural detail takes each living space to a new level. Lots of natural light passes through these dual pane, Low E windows that are equipped with tempered glass for safety. One or two sets of large, sliding glass doors surround the patios which extends the living space into the outdoors.
 

Mountain Views:

Select units feature views of Camelback Mountain which adds ambiance and a perfect background to daily living. The Mountain also offers hiking for beginners to the experienced.

Additional Upgrades:

Every unit has upgraded plumbing and hot water tanks which are tastefully concealed on their individual patios. As well, all doors proudly display raised panels and solid hardware. The entrance door boasts a full size class insert with Venetian blinds enclosed within the glass. This allows for direct light, partial, or complete privacy without ever having to dust the blinds in the sealed unit.
