The Mirada is ideally located in Biltmore near the heart of Phoenix. Biltmore is adjacent to Scottsdale and Paradise Valley and is between the Piestewa Freeway (51) and I-17, which makes getting around easy. Shopping, golfing, spas, sporting events, arts & cultural venues, fine restaurants and nightlife surround the
neighborhood.
The Sky Harbor International Airport is a short 10 minute drive. Phoenix is now a direct flight from many locations including Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, Vancouver and Winnipeg. Camelback Mountain and the Canal are close and provide outdoor spaces for walking, hiking or cycling. Numerous schools, banks and grocery stores are all very close and convenient. In the near future, the new Light Rail Line will be finished and running down W. Camelback Road which will only be a short walk.
